Grated Cheese came out perfect. I did a big bowl of grated cheddar cheese in less than 30 seconds. What happen I cut my knuckle on the hand grater and that isn't the first time. So I got on the internet and searched for electric cheese grater. Actually this one was the only one I found with high ratings. They do have commercial ones, but so expensive.
