Salmon VS Cod or Haddock

My wife loves salmon; I don't.

I much prefer the delicate taste of either cod or haddock. Other than preparing both, which isn't always practical, does anyone have a suggestion for seasonings or preparation that will mask what I think is the somewhat (but not totally) disagreeable flavor of fresh (or frozen) salmon?

What is even weirder is that I love salmon cakes made from canned salmon!
