Sandwich for Breakfast?

Anyone else like sandwiches for breakfast? This morning I am having one filled with tri-tip, tomato, cheese, onion, and lettuce on a sour dough steak roll. I discovered a recipe for honey mustard and will use that instead of mayo.

Also like cold spaghetti or Chinese left-overs as breakfast foods! We never had cold foods when I was a kid, but as an adult I love them.

    My fave breakfast sandwich...BLT (extra bacon) with a fried egg added to the sandwich.

    Cheddar cheese bun
    Black Forest ham
    Cheddar cheese
    Fried egg
    Onion
    Tomato
    Franks Red Hot sauce

    Shortie, You sound like an aficionado of the king of all sandwiches - which is (drum roll please),: A Dagwood Sandwich.

    One of our favorites is sourdough toast, two over easy eggs, some meat (bacon, ham, steak, spam...etc), cheese with mayo.

    Another is toasted english muffins, mustard, lettuce & tomatoes plus bacon.

    Anytime a restaurant serves a Monte Cristo sandwich for breakfast, I order it
