This is just my mind running things thru really fast when I should be working but the box would have to be sealed and access from the outside. I'm thinking 3/16 stainless with both an intake and exhaust piped up the side of the camper. This would eliminate the smoke inside. insulate it and use a sheet metal cover box on the outside. I prefer wood but with the limited amount of space electric would be a better option and has less chance of a flare up.
Ive been camping as an adult since the late 80s and have I yet to use an oven in the camper or one of the cabins.
I'm sure Ill squash the idea before I cut a hole but you never know with me. It may end up being a picture window.
The stainless is a bonus feature as it wont rust with all of the leaks my camper has. ;)
