What about a Weber WSM 14.5" smoker? Some Walmarts currently have them on clearance, marked down from $200 to $100, or possibly even $50 depending on the location.
I just picked one up for $50 about 2 weeks ago. Hoping it will be easier hauling than the 18.5" WSM on trips. I have only fired it up to burn off the factory ****. No cooks yet.
