Brinkman single smoker.
Not to put too fine appoint on it, but, it's a brinkmann. IMO they are not suited for serious smokers. I have yet to see a brinkmann water type smoker with any vents, meaning no way to control the temps. I have had several ECBs before I found the real deal. So yes I have used both and the brinkmann is an inferior product on all levels.
Cooking on the weber vs. the brinkmann is like night and day.
Add in the world class weber support and it's a no brainer.
