I cannot even bbq, more less use a smoker! Before my husband suffered a TBI he did all the BBQ'ing so I never messed with it as he was the master. Smoking just seems like a huge, involved process that I am uncomfortable trying, but baking/roasting I CAN do! Suppose that is why I enjoyed Super_Dave's posts so much as I could live vicariously through his food adventures!
