While at Costco today I purchased a BBQ Beef Sandwich with coleslaw on the bottom. Thought I remembered Super Dave posting a picture of a smoked or bbq'd brisket sandwich with coleslaw and remembered thinking it may taste strange, however, that sandwich from Costco was delicious! I'm sitting here going through posts trying to find Super Dave's pictures, however, no luck. Does anyone remember that post or am I reinventing what he posted? Anyway, thinking about all of Super Dave's recipes . . . has made me start drooling! :B

Pulled brisket Sammie's are delicious. Like mentioned, Chuck roasts work well also.

Shortie, if my picture had cole slaw on it, it was probably a pulled pork sammich. For my brisket or beef sandwiches I usually stick to a garlic aioli on a toasted roll.

Agree - if you think a smoke flavor sandwich from Costco was good, you should try the real thing. Try it! For beginners I reccommend:

Pulled brisket Sammie's are delicious. Like mentioned, Chuck roasts work well also.
