We use a Master Bilt electric smoker. It works great and is pretty much set it and forget it. Depending on what you are smoking you may need to baste and or add wood chips from time to time.
Frozen Mac & Cheese comes out with great smoky flavor...just remember to take the foil off of the pan otherwise it just taste like Mac & Cheese. I know from experience...can you say oops.
