Good job, and smoking is not difficult if you follow some basic guidelines. When I first got my Weber Smokey Mountain smoker the biggest mistake I made is I used way too much wood and therefore had way too much smoke which overpowered the meat. Entire forums are devoted to smoking and much can be learned there.
