Hard boiled eggs, cheese sticks, trail mix, dried apricots, sliced pepperoni & crackers (OK, not much better than potato chips LOL), but tasty.
I also have a nice, small deviled egg carrier that holds 12 half eggs - fits in cooler and makes a nice break from plain hard boiled eggs. use some fresh herbs on deviled eggs, gives them some "pop".
