No kidding...and note that if you want the already cooked steak to look "grilled" with the sous vide method, you have to pan-or-otherwise-sear the outside anyway!
Yep all it takes is a little practice and you can have a medium rare steak in less than 15 minutes whether you do it on the grill or under the broiler. And it doesn't cost $200 either.
