"Wow Katuna. You haven't even bothered to notice what others are writing from expertise and first hand experiences."
What first hand experience? Do Magnusfide and Francesca have and use Sous Vide cookers while camping? I didn't pick that up. The only three posters on this thread that I read actually have USED them all said nice things about them.
" You're just quoting tv shows. WHICH famous chefs are you quoting? Were they in an infomercial? "
I did not quote any tv shows or chefs. I provided a clicky link to a Sous Vide Company's website that has a bunch of quotes from famous chefs. The TV cooking shows on FOOD TV I have seen them in the background using them.
People are telling you that you keep posting on this topic and people who DO know what they're talking about are telling you that it's not great for RVing.
That's laughable. They don't evven have SV cookers. How could they know if they aren' good for RVing?
IT IS A CROCK POT! You can't use crock pots camping? Whats funny is while most my posts on this thread were posted, my SV cooker was cooking my dinner over on the dining table WHILE WE HAVE BEEN CAMPING! Who better to say its great for camping than someone who has used his SV camping a dozen times and thinks its great. Oh wait; maybe somebody that doesn't even have one.
They keep reminding you this is an RV forum. So to turn the question around why do you bother to keep posting about a device that's not recommended for RVing? You keep ranting even when everyone has been nice and said "no thanks".
I'm not ranting. I am responding to negative, off-topic posts from people who keeps saying SV isn't good while camping from people who have never even seen an SV cooker.
