Sous vide New York steak
Using a relatively inexpensive but extremely precise immersion circulator, we used the sous vide technique to make the perfect steaks.
The recipe is simple:
Sous vide makes cooking simple because you can never ruin the meat - because you set the temperature of the water bath to a precise level, the meat will never dry out or over cook.
We use the Anova device



The recipe is simple:
- Steaks of your choice
- Seasoned to your liking
- Set temperature to your choice, 120F is rare
- Set timer for 2 hours
- Sear when finished for perfect brown crust
