We bought Cuisinart stainless steel at Tuesday Morning for a song. Kept the whole set in the RV for six years, then moved it into our new S&B. Like it so much that it stays in the house, where it all gets used a lot, and take individual pieces (along with the CI) to the RV for that particular trip.
I particularly like the copper core in the bottoms, and the ease with which they clean up. On the rare occasion something stuck, I use the CI technique of adding water, bringing it to a boil, and scraping up whatever stuck to it. But then it can go into the dishwasher for the final cleanup, unlike CI.
Exactly 10 years after we bought it, the stainless still looks like new.
