stuffed jalapeños (in a pinch)

I usually wrap 'em in bacon & stuff some cheese in 'em and then grill them....

this particular trip I forgot we had the peppers & cooked all the bacon at breakfast... THEN to make it even worse I forgot the pepper stand !

we crumbled the bacon & mixed in some cheese and stuffed 'em - then improvised a pepper stand :D My wife & (oldest) kid said these were some of the best I'd grilled.
