I reckon if you can't make a grilled cheese sammige with it, I ain't got much use for mascohonn, er, marsoconny, er, that there cheese stuff.

Niceee sub technique:). I've used Greek yougurt or creme fraiche to replace missing sour cream, as well. And and have no fear prolly could incorporate the leftover ingredients w/i a grilled cheese sammy....croque monsieur anyone:D?

Has anyone made creole cream cheese? I've always wanted to make the Mauthe Farms cheesecake recipe but it calls for creole cream cheese which is apparently only available in the south.

You can make a grilled cheese sandwich with it, but you have to be quick! Or at least prepared to eat the cheese part out of the pan it dribbled off into...prolly quicker just to dip some toast in it and call it good. ;)
