Suggestions for an electric cooking device for a small space

I know my subject is odd, but I couldn't think how to describe what I want. I don't like to cook seafood inside the RV so we usually carry a propane burner that will accommodate a large pot or fry pan...

I have an Elite Platinum 800W that you might find is a better choice with a 1000W inverter. All 7 heat settings are 800W and below. There is a ridge that limits you to a 6" base for any pans.

I also have a 1300W Farberware, similar to the NUWAVE, that starts out at 950W on the lowest setting.
