Suggestions for an electric cooking device for a small space

I have a two burner electric hotplate that I use for bad outside weather or on a table outside in good weather. For medical equipment, I must have electric available anyway. Generally, in FHU campgrounds, there's at least 30A service. I also carry a few plastic gallon jugs of distilled water for coffee and cooking. Sometimes, local water in a CG has an "off" taste due to iron pipes. O.K. for showers, though. I'm waterproof.
