Suggestions for an electric cooking device for a small space

I know my subject is odd, but I couldn't think how to describe what I want. I don't like to cook seafood inside the RV so we usually carry a propane burner that will accommodate a large pot or fry pan...

Wife was given one of those NuWave's, and it works great. Only problem I see is we only have 2 pans and their expensive. an you still can only cook one thing at a time, an that's a pain, so she say's ... I just stay out of the way...lol
