Suggestions for an electric cooking device for a small space

I know my subject is odd, but I couldn't think how to describe what I want. I don't like to cook seafood inside the RV so we usually carry a propane burner that will accommodate a large pot or fry pan...

Hi,

The NuWave will beat a gas stove for boiling water. It will also beat the large burner on a standard electric stove.
