Suggestions for an electric cooking device for a small space

I know my subject is odd, but I couldn't think how to describe what I want. I don't like to cook seafood inside the RV so we usually carry a propane burner that will accommodate a large pot or fry pan. We have recently downsized to a B+/small C and don't have room for the burner. I need something that can sit on a picnic table and is easily stored. Something electric would be fine. Any suggestions. lizzie
