Suggestions for Thanksgiving dinner for two?

We are hanging out in a state park for a few weeks and will be here for Thanksgiving. I'm NOT putting on the full turkey spread for Thanksgiving dinner for just us two.

Any meal suggestions for Turkey day for two?

    my in laws would go to the local truck stop, they always put on a great turkey dinner for the truck drivers
