Suggestions for Thanksgiving dinner for two?

Years ago, an ex got a boneless turkey breast and cooked it in the microwave. It was great. I think a box of stove top and can of corn and green beans went with it. Very simple for the two of us and still festive.

Once, we went to the local charity for the hungry. We started off as volunteering help and ended up eating there for turkey. For some reason, it tasted very good. The only reason that has happened is because we were visiting another couple who were already involved in the charity. You guess it, we were invited to help. LOL. I will never forget that experience for some reason. Either I was lucky or something. I was seeing an more extreme hunger out there as I was expecting the usual welfare/druggie crowd. I was also seeing more older people too. That was around 3 years ago. Since then, I made sure to give for the meals/closet now at this time of year.

We spent the past 2 Thanksgivings, just us. We cooked a turkey breast, mashed potatoes and gravy, stuffing, green bean casserole and pumpkin pie. Of course the meal would be bigger with more sides if cooking for others and not just us.

This year we are in a park that will be serving turkey/ham and all the fixins for everyone here. Nothing better than a holiday meal you do not have to prepare.

Ivory Tusk restaurant, Hodges Corner Restaurant, Casa Taco, Largo Rico, Victors, Big Food Express, TNT, Subway and Pacific Grille, Sunset Grille and DENNY'S are all around you in town!

So a Subway Foot Long Cranberry Turkey Swiss or a Turkey Dinner ("we never close") hot turkey dinner will fill the bill! Happy Thansgiving!

There's also a McDonalds by the way...so a McRib sandwich could work too!

be careful with these frozen dinners, they are so loaded with salt
