Nothing special here. Rubbed it down with yellow mustard and brown sugar, smoked with maple wood. I enjoy cooking while camping, more so than cooking at home.
It was a good trip. Some friends rented one of the cabins in the park, which came in real handy for meals. When we planned this the forecast was 40s and 50s, instead we got teens at night and low 30s in the afternoons.
Despite showing sold out for the weekend, there were easily two dozen sites open, and three sites occupied. I really dislike how Michigan runs it's reservation system.
