Tender chicken breasts
I use the frozen chick breasts a lot but when I grill them in a skillet they are never as tender as I want them. Suggestions?

Guessing here until the OP comes back to explain for her self yet you can also grill in a pan/skillet or griddle. Or even one of those George Foreman type appliances. During the winter I griddle grilling since I've no access to the outdoors.
If I cook in a dry frying pan, cast iron of course, I think it resembles grilling more than any other method. A very hot pan does a decent job of cooking something like a chicken breast,
