Tender chicken breasts
I use the frozen chick breasts a lot but when I grill them in a skillet they are never as tender as I want them. Suggestions?

I call cooking in a skillet without a lot if oil grilling in a skillet. I spray with Pam & cook seasoned chicken breasts. Not fancy but I don't have an outside grill & don't fry foods anymore.
