Tender chicken breasts
I use the frozen chick breasts a lot but when I grill them in a skillet they are never as tender as I want them. Suggestions?

Pound and/or brine and grill about five minutes per side.
OR the very best way is to sous vide in water 146 degrees 2-4 hours.
