Tender chicken breasts
I use the frozen chick breasts a lot but when I grill them in a skillet they are never as tender as I want them. Suggestions?

Of course beating them down and cooking them fast, which the thinner allows will always produce a more tender juicy meat. It just doesn't always fit the recipe.
