- Super_DaveExplorerThe most moist, tender chicken I ever made was frozen chicken tenders that I put in seasoned buttermilk overnight.

How does one "grill" chicken in a skillet? Did you mean "fry"?
They make cast iron pans with raised lines in them and call them grills...they actually are a similar principal to grilling.
Yep "Grill" my steaks or chicken in one of these.
Have you tried the "Contant flip" technique for steaks in it?
NOPE but does sound interesting................... - SpleenstomperExplorerI marinate in buttermilk or yogurt with seasonings.

Guessing here until the OP comes back to explain for her self yet you can also grill in a pan/skillet or griddle. Or even one of those George Foreman type appliances. During the winter I griddle grilling since I've no access to the outdoors.
If I cook in a dry frying pan, cast iron of course, I think it resembles grilling more than any other method. A very hot pan does a decent job of cooking something like a chicken breast,

You can remove it and cook it separate and that will "thin the remainder.
