Thanks and was juicy and delicious.
Bird reached targeted internal temp of 165 degrees in about 2 1/2 hours. Took it out to rest about 20 min and the bird gained another 5 degrees. Perfect!!
Temp on the patio was around 54 at 4,400ft here at our home base in Reno.
