My cooker is the same as yours, and my instructions tell you to leave the legs untied so the bird will cook better. I did, and it was a real 'rasslin' match to get it in the basket properly. There was always a leg where I didn't want it! I noticed you not only tied the legs, but you also had ?celery? in the cavity. I think I'll follow your example next time.
