You'll love it...and not just for turkey.
We used a Butterball (frozen then thawed) and after research found that you really don't have to inject.
All we did was season the cavity with poultry seasoning, little xtra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper, pats of butter, couple of other spices and then 2 stalks of celery.
On the outside we put more xtra virgin olive oil all over the bird then more seasoning but not a rub.
Put the lid on when internal temp got to about 125 degrees on our way to 165...about the last half hour. Browned up the rest of the way as you see in the pics.
