The reason there's a hole in your spaghetti spoon

Really, whatever works. An Italian relative proved to me that pasta doesn't have to have meat. It was bad............

A large shoveling type fork is proper spaghetti etiquette.

That's a good one! I've always just formed my hand into an OK sign & measured that way/

Well darn, learrned something new. Now if they would devise a way to easily measure the little spirally noodles, I like those better.
