Toaster Oven Catfish

Was looking for a different way of making catfish and wanted to use the toaster oven. Took catfish fillets and covered with dijon mustard...not too thick...then covered with French's onion rings. Baked for 20 minutes at 350. Easy, quick, fast and good. Have done this with chicken breast and pork chop before but the catfish was great.

  • We cook a lot of things in the toaster oven. Fish, chicken, hamburger, French fries, and even every now and then toast.
