Thanks for all your advice! I read a lot of reviews and the Breville clearly was the winner. However, since I didn't know for sure how much I would use it, I ended up with a $79 Oster convection from Walmart, mostly because of the 5-year warranty. So far, I have baked brownies, a full-sized bundt cake, made toast (it holds 9 slices), and roasted a 4 lb. chicken. I located a 9x12 pan that fits on the top rack. The convection fan is very quiet and, so far, I'm a happy camper!
