We plan on cooking our first turkey today in the Big Easy during the football games. We went small going with only a 10 pounder. Any tips etc will be welcome. YOUTUBE said to put tin foil over the top of the turkey near the end to lesson the burn marks. The crispy skin sounds good to me though.
