Today's Entree in the Big Easy

I bought a Big Easy for my husband several years ago when it just got to difficult to carry all the oil needed for a turkey fryer. Good thing because now my husband's health keeps him from using anything. With this I can cook the turkey without having a problem lifting a 19 lb turkey out of all that oil. Just bought a thermometer for it and would love to have a drip pan like the one in previous post, haven't been able to find one. We find it does a great job on the turkey, can't really tell the difference in taste from the oil cooking. I hope one day to try other things in it, just have other things on my plate for now.
