Good thing because now my husband's health keeps him from using anything. With this I can cook the turkey without having a problem lifting a 19 lb turkey out of all that oil. Just bought a thermometer for it and would love to have a drip pan like the one in previous post, haven't been able to find one. We find it does a great job on the turkey, can't really tell the difference in taste from the oil cooking. I hope one day to try other things in it, just have other things on my plate for now.
KLO, you can pick the metal drip pans up at Wal Mart, Pep Boys, or just about any auto parts store.
