OMG! On Saturday, I fixed the most juicy turkey I had ever had. Wow, that was good! Smothered it with olive oil before putting it in the grill. Also, added some hickory chips. Took about 2 1/2 hours on the medium setting. You cooking time may vary. It was a 20 pounder.
