Today's Entree in the Big Easy

We'll be cranking up the Big Easy this afternoon here in S.AZ and have about a 6# chicken ready. We'll be taking pics of course to share.

Memories of Thanksgiving Day and our 16# Turkey have us salivating!

Big Easy of course is oil less and great for on the road.

Beautiful brown color on the (cooked) bird.
