Use a large trash bag so the soot or dirt on the pot will not get anything dirty inside your camper. Once the pot is stored away, open the bag from the top and just leave it open with the bag wrapped around the rest. This way, the pot can breathe, and when you need to take it out, you just simply roll the bag back around it and lift it out. Camper stays clean and pot can breath.
