I have a 2 burner style griddle from Camp Chef. They make a larger one as well. They sell carry bags for them. I travel mine in the bag all the time. It is breathable and made for a griddle.
If I think about cooking outside, I check out Camp Chef first. I have most everything they make. Great products.
