tri tip roast
I picked up a tri tip for dinner tonight and want to cook it on the barbecue. Any suggestions?

We cook ours 6-7 min. per side, wrap in foil and cook for another 6-7 min. per side. That's med.well. Adjust time for your liking. We use "Raven" seasoning but you probably won't find it where you live.
