tri tip roast
I picked up a tri tip for dinner tonight and want to cook it on the barbecue. Any suggestions?

Jack Daniels makes marinade in a reusable ziplock bag. We love the original, but there are several other flavors as well. You can either cut into steaks or marinade whole. I like it because it is ready to go, open the bag, place your meat inside, zip it back up, after an hour or more, grill the meat. Just made some this weekend.
