Tuna Burgers...

We used to mix tuna with chopped celery, onion, shredded cheese. Spread on hamburger bun, wrap in foil and heat up in oven. Instead of shredded cheese, a slice of cheese can be used.

Green onions and dill pickle in mine.

We've been eating the Costco salmon burgers for a long time.

Have been eating them all my life....except we call them, "tuna melts."

Like a meat loaf, you can embellish them with anything...chopped olives, jalapenos, pickle relish, sauerkraut...get creative.
