Turkey Frying

I have been using a oil turkey fryer for several years, I need a new pot or go to an oil less fryer. I use a Cajon marinade not injected. I am looking at the Charbroil Big Easy Infrared or stay with oil; your opinions please from users if possible.
  • We go camping every year for Thanksgiving, and have done the Oil deep fry method and it was good but a pain and expensive.

A few years back I went to The Big Easy and it was so much easier and everyone loved the Turkey,I think it comes out better and you get the drippings.

    Crisp skin and moist meat.

So I walked into Home Depot a few years ago the day after Xmas and they had their infrared fryers marked down 50%.

Never looked back. They cook well, simple, and have a pot that catches all the drippings.

    I highly recommend it.

ALso good for hams and roasts.

He Speaks the TRUTH. Get the Oilless frier
