How long does it usually take to cook a turkey in a convection oven?

At Lazydaze in Tampa their in house chef gives a class that is quite amazing. - About the same as regular oven, split cooking time in quarters and rotate the bird if too big for turntable. We had that initial what do we do time, but after 17 year of convection find very little difference in times. Cook and check with thermometer and you will do well. :)
