I use a portable Camco filter that I buy from Walmart. It fits in the hose that brings water into either your city connection or fresh water tank. I normally use one for about 3 months and then trash it and get a new one. We've started to keep a couple of 2 gallon filtered water jugs on board for drinking water, coffee etc. 'cause you never know what's in the local water you're drinking.
