Slow Cooker Chicken Santa Fe

Ingredients
1 cup salsa
15 oz canned yellow corn, drained
15 oz Black beans, drained and rinsed
24 oz uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breast (6-4 oz. breasts)
Instructions
Mix black beans, corn, and 1/2 cup of salsa in slow cooker. Place chicken breasts on top. Cover with remaining 1/2 cup salsa. Cook on low for 4 hours.
If desired, top finished recipe with cheese or sour cream. Serve with rice or tortillas (add the pts.)
